Checkin and Checkout time
Checkin is possible from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. A later check-in must be agreed with the hotel in advance. For late check-in, we offer a personal key service.
Checkout is before 10 AM. Late Checkout is possible after some pazments.
Breakfast
Breakfast is offered from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. We serve breakfast as a buffet with cold dishes. Warm meals or special requests must be registered when booking the room.
An airport transfer to the hotel
An airport transfer to the hotel can be ordered on request. Please note that the hotel is approx. 200 km from Zurich Airport and the transfer will take around two and a half hours.

Cancellation Policy
If canceled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If canceled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total amount will be charged.
In special cases for example: Christmas – New Year period, WEF, etc. all cancellations, changes or no-shows will be charged in full. The total amount of the booking is due at any time after the booking is completed.

The hotel is open all year round. The Da Pietro restaurant is closed for two weeks each October.
